About the company

Our client is a law firm.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. - Coach and supervise junior lawyers on significant client engagements.

- Originate new work and expand your own client portfolio using the firm's platform.

- Negotiate against attorneys from much larger firms on demanding, competitive matters.

- Help shape the firm's strategy for steady, sustainable expansion.

What we're looking for

- At least 10 years of legal experience in the property sector.

- Proven record of independently steering sophisticated matters through to completion.

- Strong background in lending, deals or courtroom disputes.

- Ideally an annual client portfolio of roughly $2M, or clear potential and motivation to develop one at a new firm.

- Prior experience at a large law firm.

- Senior presence, including reviewing the output of junior colleagues, fixing mistakes and steering execution.

- A strong sense of responsibility for client relationships in a flexible working setup.

- Openness to using AI tools and modern legal technology.
