Job Responsibilities/ 工作职责 :

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of online research methodologies, and the ability to assess the reliability and relevance of data sources.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research to discover new and reliable data sources across online platforms, public records, and databases.
• Evaluate the credibility, accuracy, and usability of collected data.
• Develop and maintain a structured database of verified data sources.
• Monitor and track data sources for updates, changes, and emerging trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand data requirements and ensure data sourcing aligns with business objectives.
• Utilize web scraping, APIs, and manual research techniques to gather relevant information.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical research standards.
• Prepare reports and summaries of research findings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Data Analytics, Market Research, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data research, internet sourcing, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using search engines, web scraping tools, APIs, and databases.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Knowledge of data privacy laws and best practices in data sourcing.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python for data extraction.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
• Excellent Chinese and English communication skills.
