- 3-6 years of hands-on software engineering experience, including at least 1 year building production LLM/AI agent applications.
- Strong Python programming skills with experience building production-grade backend services.
- Hands-on experience building AI agents, agentic workflows, or RAG-based applications using modern LLMs.
- Experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude/OpenAI), including function/tool calling, structured outputs, prompt engineering, and evaluation.
- Strong backend engineering fundamentals including REST APIs, SQL, Docker, Git, and cloud deployment.
- Experience integrating external systems such as GitHub, Slack, Jira, Notion, PagerDuty or similar APIs.
- Experience deploying, monitoring and maintaining production systems, including logging, debugging, observability, and telemetry.
