Internship Finance Intern

This role involves key financial support tasks such as entering data into the ERP system and issuing purchase orders and invoices. The candidate will manage payment and claims documentation while maintaining consistent follow-ups with vendors and clients regarding payments. Additionally, the position includes providing general administrative assistance and handling ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist to prepare daily finance duties, such as prepare payment and update received payment, etc.
• Ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded and posted into system. 
• Managing accounts receivable and payable. 
• Reviewing and processing reimbursements. 
• Reconcile bank statements. 
• Process and record monthly invoices. 
• Payments follow up with clients.
• Complete any ad hoc task as per instructed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
