Role Summary

The Warehouse Associate I supports the day-to-day flow of Rebel Athletic’s warehouse operations by picking and packing orders, assisting with shipping and receiving, organizing inventory, and preparing products for shipment. This role is responsible for helping ensure every order is picked accurately, packed correctly, and prepared for shipment on time.

This is an entry-level, hands-on position ideal for someone with a high level of attention to detail who is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Accuracy is essential, as this position plays a direct role in ensuring customers receive the correct products and quantities.

Key Responsibilities

Picking and Packing

• Pick products accurately according to customer orders, pick lists, and system information
• Verify product styles, sizes, colors, quantities, and other order details before packing
• Pack orders carefully and efficiently to ensure products are protected and presented appropriately for shipment
• Perform final accuracy checks before orders are completed and shipped
• Identify and report order discrepancies, missing products, or inventory issues to management
• Meet daily picking and packing expectations while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality

Shipping and Receiving

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
• Verify the style and quantity of goods received against shipping and receiving documents
• Wrap, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
• Prepare dispatch notes, shipping labels, and related documentation as needed
• Stage completed orders and goods for daily freight pickup
• Notify management of damaged, missing, or incorrect goods

Inventory and Warehouse Organization

• Organize merchandise and maintain accurate product locations for efficient picking and retrieval
• Assist with recording and updating product locations as needed
• Support efforts to maximize warehouse space and improve storage efficiency
• Help maintain accurate and orderly inventory throughout the warehouse
• Move and stage products based on operational needs

Warehouse Operations and Support

• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment
• Support daily warehouse priorities to help ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
• Safely use basic warehouse tools, including box cutters and scissors
• Work collaboratively with warehouse team members and management to meet daily operational goals
• Perform other warehouse support duties and special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

• 0-1 year of warehouse, shipping, receiving, fulfillment, or related experience; entry-level candidates are welcome
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to order accuracy and quality
• Ability to accurately pick, verify, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Ability to read and understand shipping documents, pick lists, order information, and basic instructions
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn warehouse systems and processes
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to perform daily physical labor, including regularly lifting and moving boxes and products weighing approximately 20-50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, shipping, or receiving environment
• Previous picking and packing experience
• Familiarity with inventory management or warehouse management systems
• Experience packing, labeling, staging, or preparing products for shipment

Compensation Range

Competitive hourly compensation based on experience.

• On-site work schedule in a warehouse environment
• Full-time role with standard scheduled hours and occasional additional time during peak periods
• Requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, and other physical activity throughout the workday
• Regularly requires lifting and moving boxes, merchandise, and other materials weighing approximately 20-50 pounds
• Frequent picking, packing, sorting, labeling, and staging of customer orders
• Frequent use of warehouse tools and equipment, including box cutters and scissors
• Fast-paced environment requiring a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, efficiency, and safety
• Regular interaction and collaboration with warehouse team members, management, and other operational departments
