About the role
You build the growth machine behind Rebill's public presence: campaigns, funnel, press, distribution, and the systems that turn moments into measurable demand.
This seat sits next to our GTM Evangelist motion. They are the figure on stage and on the timeline. You are the operator who designs the programs, amplifies every event, and makes acquisition repeatable across LATAM and the United States.
You are bilingual, close to the ICP (software, AI, travel, digital services collecting across the Americas), and comfortable in payments or fintech GTM. You report to the co-founders and work tightly with sales.
Why this role exists
Rebill's product gap is smaller than its awareness gap. Evangelism alone is not enough: without campaigns, content distribution, press, and a clear funnel, moments die on the stage.
We need a senior growth lead who has run GTM in payments or fintech across the Americas-someone who can stand up the machine while we hire and scale the public face of the brand.
What you will own
Growth programs. Owning acquisition and demand programs that bring mid-market and scaling companies into our funnel-channel mix, messaging tests, and conversion from first touch to sales-ready.
Campaigns and amplification. Turning events, launches, and evangelist moments into reach: follow-up content, paid and organic distribution, partner co-marketing, and press where it moves the needle.
Positioning ops. Keeping the one-liner and narrative consistent across site, ads, sales enablement, and social-so evangelism and performance speak the same language.
Funnel and measurement. Instrumenting what matters: sources, CPL/CPA quality, pipeline contribution, and feedback loops with sales. Opinions without numbers do not ship.
Ecosystem GTM. Working accelerators, communities, and partners as channels-not just logos-so intros and awareness compound.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years in growth, GTM, or product marketing, with ownership of programs that produced pipeline-not only vanity metrics.
- Experience in payments, fintech, or B2B infrastructure selling into LATAM and/or cross-border Americas. Competitors and lookalikes (regional PSPs, open finance, billing) should feel familiar.
- Fluent English and Spanish. You write and present in both.
- Comfort with modern growth tooling: analytics, CRM attribution, ads, content distribution, and experimentation.
- A bias to ship: you would rather run a clean experiment this week than wait for a perfect deck.
- AI tools as part of how you work. Everyone at Rebill uses them daily to move faster.
- Based in Buenos Aires, Bogotá, or Miami (hybrid), able to travel for events and offsites when needed.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience partnering with a public evangelist, DevRel, or founder-led content motion.
- Portuguese at a working level for Brazil.
- Prior startup or YC-company experience at similar stage.
