Junior Visual Designer

We are looking for a talented Junior Visual Designer to help bring our communications strategies to life.

What will your day-to-day look like?

Due to our lean structure, you will be working closely with other Visual Designers and Consultants taking an active role in all aspects of the experience design process.

Your main field of work will be visual design in the digital ecosystem. A large portion of your role will involve envisioning how a company communicates and brands new products, projects, teams in the digital era. Some specific examples of work include creating visuals, logos and complete brand-books for digital (or non-digital) products. Be prepared to design everything from presentation decks to brand initiatives, including internal communication materials for major brands, helping global marketing organisations get complex ideas across through impactful, concise design choices.

One week you might be building a brand book, another a leadership presentation, and the one after that an event campaign, each for a different global brand. No two days look the same - you’ll never get bored, that’s a promise! And It doesn’t stop there. You will always be more than welcome to get exposed to different tribes within REBORRN and jump into cool projects that resonate with your personal interests. We are strong advocates of cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

Who are you?

You’ve spent some time working in a similar role before. We don’t have strict requirements regarding your previous job - you may have been a digital or branding designer at an agency, a freelancer, or a full-stack designer at a startup. What matters most to us is what you can bring to the team: your design thinking, your own way of solving problems, and how that comes through in your visual work. We want to see your fingerprint - the thing that will make our work different, better, fresher.

The key thing we need from you:

• Demonstrate your design skills through your project portfolio. It can be anything, from your personal design projects to a link of your Behance/Dribble profile. We both know this is the best way for designers to present their skills. Impress us!

In your portfolio, we expect to see that you:

• Have 1-3 years of experience and you can translate ideas into designs using visuals, graphics, and fireworks!
• Are proficient with tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator etc. We are big fans of Figma too, so be prepared to learn.
• Have a genuine interest in how good design can tell a compelling story andsolve complex problems.
• Are intrigued by the latest trends and cutting-edge technologies. You keep up withthe design community and bring new ideas to the table.
• Have some technical knowledge and understand how digital tools work.
• Are a fast learner, comfortable stepping out of your comfort zone, and eager to embrace new ways of working.
• Are curious by design. You always try to find better ways to make things work. You experiment and you learn through trial and error.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools is a plus! We'd love to hear how you've used them, from workflow to outcome.
• Just as you are master of your craft, you are a master of your time and schedule. You're autonomous and work well under tight deadlines.

We definitely need a team player, someone who can collaborate effectively with our designers. We are flexible on remote working, so knowing how to stand independently under directions is important too. We are searching for someone who doesn’t give up easily when something doesn’t work out on the first try.
