Your responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and according to quality specifications. Take ownership of assigned production lines and respond promptly to equipment or process issues to minimize downtime.

  • Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and cleaning activities while following standard operating procedures. Verify that equipment is properly configured and ready to meet production schedules and customer requirements.

  • Conduct in-process quality inspections and accurately document production activities, batch records, and operational data. Identify deviations and escalate concerns to ensure compliance with quality standards

  • Handle raw materials, work-in-progress inventory, and finished goods using approved material handling practices. Ensure materials are accurately staged, identified, and stored to support uninterrupted production operations

  • Follow all safety, environmental, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Actively participate in safety initiatives and contribute to a culture of workplace safety.

  • Maintain production efficiency by monitoring equipment performance, production rates, and material usage throughout the shift. Escalate issues quickly and work with support teams to keep operations running smoothly and on schedule.

  • Participate in training activities and support the onboarding of new team members when required. Share knowledge, reinforce best practices, and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

The experience we're looking for

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Additional technical, manufacturing, or vocational training is considered an asset.
