Position Summary

Recomisseekinga motivated and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of assigned departments within our fulfillment andlogisticsfacility in Buford, Georgia. This roleis responsible forleading frontline associates, ensuring safe and efficient operations, and delivering exceptional productivity, quality, and inventory accuracy.

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily activities including inbound receiving, FBA preparation, inventory control, outbound shipping, andreturnsprocessing. Success in this role requires strong leadership, effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervisethe daily activities of warehouse associates and team leads toachieveproductivity, quality, safety, and customer service goals.

• Ensure daily work assignments are completed accurately and on schedule.

• Monitor workflow throughout the shift and adjust labor resources to meet operational priorities.

• Ensureaccuratereceiving, inventory management, product preparation, shipping, andreturnsprocessing.

• Promote and enforce safe work practices whilemaintainingcompliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including:

• • Productivity

• • Inventory accuracy

• • Order accuracy

• • On-time shipment

• • Lead time

• • Safety performance

• • Laborutilization

• Conduct daily start-up meetings and communicate operational priorities, safety topics, and performance expectations.

• Coach, train, and develop associates to improve performance and support career growth.

• Assistwith employee performance evaluations, attendance management, coaching, and disciplinary actions in partnership with the Warehouse Manager.

• Ensure compliance with Amazon FBA requirements, customer specifications, and standard operating procedures.

• Identifyprocess improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.

• Investigate inventory discrepancies and support cycle count and reconciliation activities.

• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and 5S standards.

• Support new customer implementations, operational changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Partner with Inventory Control, Transportation, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate’s degree orBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, ora relatedfield preferred.

• 3+ years of warehouse or distribution experience.

• 1-3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping processes.

• Proven experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to analyze operational metrics and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Amazon FBA, e-commerce fulfillment, or third-partylogisticspreferred.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks whilemaintainingattention to detail.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk and stand on the warehouse floor for extended periods.

• Frequentlylift upto 50 pounds.

• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

• Flexibility to work overtime, evenings, weekends, or alternate shifts as business needs require.
