About the Role :

We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager who combines strong technical depth with exceptional execution and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead high-performing engineering teams and foster a culture of ownership.

- Drive technical excellence through architecture reviews and code quality standards.

- Deliver predictably by managing sprint planning and removing bottlenecks.

- Build engineering excellence through CI/CD, observability, and DORA metrics.

- Lead AI-enabled engineering initiatives and adopt AI-assisted development.

- Partner across the business to translate technical decisions into business outcomes.

Technical Competencies :

- Backend : Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, SQL/NoSQL.

- Frontend : Angular, TypeScript.

- Cloud/DevOps : AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.

What We're Looking For :

- 10+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in an EM/Technical Leadership role.

- Proven experience in enterprise SaaS, fintech, or banking platforms.

- Strong background in cloud-native, API-first, microservices-based applications.

- Experience with regulated enterprise customers (Banks, NBFCs).
