Role Overview :
Microsoft Azure Solution Architect will be part of the Digital Commerce Team and will design and oversee the end-to-end DevOps ecosystem on Azure, including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep), cloud architecture, container platforms, security, monitoring, and automation to accelerate software delivery and improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities :
- Manage cloud-native solutions on Azure and define and implement enterprise DevOps strategy and roadmap.
- Design and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Implement automated build, test, release, and deployment processes.
- Design containerized application platforms using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
- Establish DevSecOps practices, including security scanning, compliance checks, and secrets management.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.
- Develop branching, release, and environment management strategies.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost.
- Collaborate with development, QA, security, and operations teams.
- Drive cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
Qualification and Experience :
- Minimum 10 plus years of experience in Azure infrastructure, platform, or DevOps roles.
- Strong expertise in Azure cloud platform, with hands-on experience across networking, compute, storage, IAM, and managed cloud services.
- Experience delivering enterprise integration or B2B platform solutions, with familiarity in API management.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Azure Bicep, Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or similar technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud and with Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Boards, Artifacts).
- Experience with DevSecOps practices and security integration and modern DevOps practices.
- Experience with AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), App Services, VMs, and Azure Networking.
- Experience in SDLC methodologies - Agile / waterfall.
- Experience in e-Commerce / Retail / Digital Application / Digital Banking is desirable.
- Bachelor's and Master's (preferred) in Computer Science with Strong interpersonal skills.
- Azure certification is preferred - Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-303 / AZ-305).
