Analytics Solutions Architect

Job summary:
The Analytics Solutions Architect will be responsible for helping to upkeep best practices across their team through maintenance of documentation, training materials and QA processes. They will be responsible for more impactful projects and more technically advanced implementations. They will support with scoping opportunities as they come in, using their knowledge to understand client challenges & propose required solutions. They will be responsible for junior team members, and will support their development through feedback, mentoring & coaching. They will help their reports to independently resolve technical issues and implement solutions autonomously.
 
Key responsibilities:

• Demonstrate Analytics knowledge and expertise through training materials and address clients' measurement challenges in senior level discussions.


• Can lead training sessions & workshops with clients on technical analytics topics within their expertise.


• Lead and execute advanced analytics deployment projects independently.


• Design and create comprehensive Measurement Frameworks aligned with the company’s best practices and client requirements.


• Provide technical support and expertise to both clients and internal companies teams, including developing training materials.


• Deliver, maintain, and adapt existing solutions based on received briefs and clear needs.


• Perform quality assurance (QA) on all technical implementations to ensure required standards are met.


• Proactively engage with projects to examine feasibility, identify blockers, and flag expected slippage.


• Effectively communicate and execute solutions with clients and clients leads, addressing measurement challenges with insightful solutions.


• Manage clients’ expectations and concerns through proactive communication with stakeholders.


• Proactively share information on the latest industry updates, new products, and evolving processes with the team.


• Create solutions that can effectively leverage complex systems, including GCP, and will require the usage of code.


• Can support with implementation and troubleshooting queries for multiple CMPs (e.g. OneTrust / Didomi).


• Implement solutions efficiently and successfully translate clients' business requirements into practical technical solutions.


• Can turn client business objectives into KPIs, digital goals, measurement plans and technical deliverables which solve critical challenges.


• Can lead on ssGTM, Soteria and Phoebe implementations independently, working with data & media personnel as required.

 
KPI and performance management:

• Deliver to success criteria within assigned tasks, or provide justifiable rationale shared in advance where not achieved.


• Deliver to deadlines within assigned tasks, or provide justifiable rationale shared in advance where not achieved.


• Receive positive feedback in post-project reviews and post-training reviews.

• Confidence performing tag implementation and maintenance for tags outside of Google and Meta tech stack


• Data Layer Audits, Implementation and Troubleshooting


• Looker Studio


• Custom JavaScript & HTML


• Expertise in Data Strength & Privacy Initiatives (e.g., Consent Mode - CoMo Basic/Advanced, Enhanced Conversions - EnCo for Web and Leads) implementations.


• Can lead on server-side implementations


• Experience with Consent Management Platforms (CMP) (e.g., OneTrust/Didomi).


• Expertise working across web and app


• Proficiency in Measurement Frameworks
