Sales Executive

• Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities within the freight and logistics market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with importers, exporters and key decision-makers.
• Promote clearing, forwarding and related logistics solutions to prospective clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and client meetings to quotations, negotiations and closing deals.
• Develop strategies to expand market share and grow revenue.
• Convert leads into profitable, long-term client accounts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure a smooth client handover and quality service delivery.
• Drive sales performance and consistently work towards achieving targets.

• Sales or business development experience within the Clearing & Forwarding / Freight Forwarding industry.
• A proven track record of acquiring new clients and generating revenue.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding, import/export and logistics solutions.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation and closing skills.
• The confidence to engage with decision-makers and develop lasting business relationships.
• A proactive, commercially minded and target-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
