About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled, fiercely hands-on Senior Mobile Test Automation Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our quality assurance initiatives, championing "shift-left" practices and ensuring the seamless delivery of both enterprise-scale applications and rapid development projects. You will not just be writing tests; you will be architecting, building, and maintaining robust End-to-End (E2E) automated testing frameworks and seamlessly integrating them into our CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities:

- Architect & Build: Design, develop, and maintain scalable E2E automated test frameworks for mobile (iOS/Android) and web applications from the ground up.

- Champion "Shift-Left": Integrate deeply with the development team to push testing earlier in the software development lifecycle, catching bugs at the PR level rather than in staging.

- CI/CD Integration: Build and maintain automated testing pipelines within rapid, agile development environments using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Performance & Load Testing: Ensure our enterprise applications can handle scale by designing and executing performance/load tests.

- API Validation: Implement robust API testing protocols to ensure backend reliability and seamless mobile-to-server communication.

- Data Mashing: Combining and reconciling data from old and new reports.

- AI Workflow Adoption: Utilize cutting-edge AI and LLM tools (e.g., automated coding tools, prompt engineering for test generation) to optimize test creation, maintenance, and bug resolution.

- Collaboration: Act as a quality advocate, translating complex technical requirements into testable scenarios, and communicating effectively with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.

Technical Requirements (The Stack):

You must have deep, hands-on experience with the following technologies:

- Languages: Strong proficiency in Java and TypeScript / JavaScript.

- Mobile & Web Automation: Appium (mandatory for mobile), Selenium, and Playwright.

- API & Performance Testing: Postman, JMeter, and Grafana k6.

- DevOps & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), and Jenkins for pipeline integration.

- Database: Strong working knowledge of SQL for database validation, data seeding, and backend testing.

Qualifications:

- 5 to 9 years of proven, hands-on experience in software test automation, specifically focusing on mobile and enterprise applications.

- Proven track record of maintaining test stability in highly dynamic, rapid-deployment environments.

- Deep understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

- B.Tech/M.Tech

Soft Skills (Mandatory):

- Excellent Communication: You must be able to articulate complex technical concepts clearly, write comprehensive bug reports, and collaborate seamlessly across cross-functional teams.

- Problem Solver: A proactive, "roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality with a strong bias for action.
