Sales Development Representative
Location: Lebanon - Fully Remote / Work from Home
Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM UAE Time
About the Role:
Our client is a growing technology company specializing in digital booking, customer relationship management (CRM), and payment solutions for service-based businesses in the UAE.
We are seeking confident, articulate, and results-driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join its remote commercial team based in Lebanon.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct approximately 75 outbound calls daily to prospective businesses across Dubai and the wider UAE.
Contact beauty salons, spas, barbershops, wellness centers, and other service-based businesses using company-provided leads.
Introduce the company's technology solutions and communicate their value to potential clients.
Engage business owners and decision-makers, identify their needs, and generate interest.
Schedule at least one qualified sales meeting per working day for the Head of Commercial.
Handle objections professionally, demonstrate persistence, and maintain effective follow-up.
Maintain accurate prospect information, call records, and follow-up activities within the company's CRM.
Achieve agreed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and meeting-booking targets.
Collaborate with the commercial team to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.
Requirements:
Ideally 2-4 years of experience in tele-sales, outbound sales, sales development, customer service, insurance sales, or similar customer-facing roles.
Fluent Arabic and excellent spoken and written English are mandatory.
Previous experience supporting international companies or engaging UAE/GCC customers is an advantage.
Strong verbal communication, persuasion, negotiation, and active listening skills.
Confident, outgoing personality with the ability to engage business owners and decision-makers.
Resilient and persistent, with the ability to handle rejection and objections professionally.
Comfortable with cold calling, high-volume outreach, and performance-based targets.
Organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
