Sales Manager (International Payments / FX / Financial Services)

We are looking for an independent and results-driven Sales Manager to join an international fintech company and drive sales of its payment platform to corporate clients.

The company is actively expanding its sales function, so we are looking for someone who can independently identify and acquire new clients, build strong relationships, and successfully close deals.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and acquire new B2B clients, including trading and import/export companies, e-commerce businesses, IT companies, and international service providers;
• Build a client and partner network from the ground up;
• Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and product presentations;
• Develop sales across the UAE and international markets;
• Work with companies that require international payments, multi-currency accounts, and FX solutions;
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through account opening and activation;
• Attend relevant business events and industry conferences, build professional relationships, and expand your network;
• Develop relationships with business consultants, accounting and consulting firms, and other referral partners who can introduce the product to their clients;
• Manage the sales pipeline and drive transaction volumes across the client portfolio.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in active B2B sales and new client acquisition;
• Experience in fintech, payment systems, international payments, corporate banking, FX, or other B2B financial services;
• Ability to independently conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations;
• Strong networking and communication skills;
• Good understanding of working with corporate clients;
• Fluent English for communication with international clients;
• Russian for internal communication;
• A proactive, independent, and results-oriented approach;
• An existing network of corporate contacts in the UAE/GCC or other international markets would be a strong advantage.
