About the Role
This role is for analytics and digital marketing professionals with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, preferably GA4, to analyze website performance and translate data into actionable insights.
You will complete realistic analytics workflows, explore reports and performance data, document the steps taken, and create structured prompts and evaluation rubrics based on practical Google Analytics use cases. Your expertise will contribute to the development and evaluation of AI systems working with analytics workflows.
No prior AI experience is required.
What You’ll Do
Complete assigned workflows and tasks within Google Analytics using practical analytics experience.
Navigate reports covering users, traffic, events, conversions, engagement, and other performance metrics.
Analyze website and audience data to identify trends, patterns, and performance insights.
Complete workflows involving traffic analysis, audience insights, reporting, and performance measurement.
Create, review, and explore analytics reports based on provided instructions.
Record your screen while completing assigned workflows and clearly demonstrate the steps taken.
Create realistic prompts and detailed evaluation rubrics based on completed workflows.
Document workflow steps and explain the Google Analytics tools, features, and actions used.
Review task outputs for accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
Work independently while following defined quality and documentation standards.
What We’re Looking For
Strong hands-on experience using Google Analytics, preferably GA4.
Practical understanding of web analytics, traffic analysis, events, conversions, users, and engagement metrics.
Experience interpreting analytics data and producing meaningful reports.
Familiarity with digital marketing analytics and performance measurement.
Ability to clearly document and explain analytics workflows.
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Current access to Google Analytics and ability to use the platform independently.
Comfortable recording and sharing your screen while completing assigned workflows.
Preferred Experience
Previous experience with data annotation, data labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or similar work.
Digital marketing or performance marketing analytics.
Experience developing reports, dashboards, or analytics workflows.
Familiarity with broader Google marketing and analytics tools.
Experience creating prompts, evaluation criteria, or workflow documentation.
