The main focus of the role is to provide comprehensive organizational and administrative support. This includes organizing meetings and workshops, creating presentations, coordinating internal topics, and managing the related flow of information.

ADMINISTRATION

In this role, you'll oversee the back office, diligently completing all administrative tasks and ensuring efficient appointment and travel planning. You'll also handle budget coordination, including managing expense reports.

ORGANIZATION & SUPPORT

You'll act as a contact person for internal interfaces and coordinate meetings and workshops, such as those with market teams and quarterly engagement survey check-ins. You'll consistently support management, for instance, by assisting in the preparation and development of presentations.

CONTROL OF INFORMATION FLOW & PROCESS OPTIMIZATION

You'll confidently coordinate the organization's topics and information, with a clear focus on priorities. Additionally, you'll optimize structures and processes to ensure efficient workflows as well as maintain internal information systems to facilitate quick data access.

Previous experience administrative and/or marketing department is also advantageous. Alternatively, previous experience in an organizational context, such as an event, culture, or the music industry, is possible

Completed studies or completed commercial training (HAK / HBLA Matura)

Excellent knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written

Professional experience in a comparable position in an international environment is advantageous

Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, is required

A professional and self-confident demeanor, combined with a committed and conscientious personality, as well as strong communication and teamwork skills, are essential

Very good organizational skills and a high level of commitment to handling tasks reliably, communicatively, and with absolute trustworthiness are also necessary

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.334 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
