[Remote] Veeva CRM Developer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RED Global is seeking a Veeva CRM Developer to work collaboratively with developers throughout the development lifecycle. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, supporting, configuring, and improving Veeva applications to meet client requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Improve applications to enrich the customer experience and create a “WOW” effect
• Develop, maintain, support, and document Veeva applications
• Configure and customize Veeva applications to meet client requirements
• Participate throughout the full development process and contribute technical input
• Prototype applications so clients can explore new functionality
• Provide technical recommendations
• Apply best practices and ensure high-quality outcomes
• Keep up to date with current CRM tools available through the CRM Developer Portal
• Collaborate with cross-functional developer teams and deliver to agreed targets
• Work within an Agile development lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and monitoring
• Undertake other duties and projects as assigned

Skills

• Very good written and spoken English
• 5+ years of experience in Pharma CRM and a minimum of 1–2 years on the Veeva platform
• Very good understanding of the healthcare domain
• Very good understanding of Veeva applications and modules, including Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault, Veeva Network, Approved Email, and CLM
• Very good understanding of Veeva reports, dashboards, and workflows
• Very good understanding of Veeva release management, including Change Sets and the ANT Migration Tool
• Proficiency in Veeva activities such as creating Cycle Plans, Surveys, Data Change Requests, Roster Management, and Coaching Reports
• Experience writing and scheduling batch Apex jobs
• Development experience with class frameworks and libraries
• Deep understanding of Force.com, Visualforce, Salesforce (SFDC), Apex, SQL/SOQL, XML, HTML, Eclipse, Java, JavaScript, SOAP, and REST techniques
• Web programming experience using Apex, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Knowledge of web standards and technologies, including JavaScript, HTTP protocols, AJAX, Flash, XML, and JSON
• Very good understanding of relational database concepts
• Very good understanding of Salesforce governor limits and approaches for working within them
