ASEAN Field Marketing Intern
Red Hat Marketing team is currently looking for Marketingintern to join us in Singapore. You will work closely with a senior mentor to gain technical knowledge and experience in your field, and cooperate with a broader international team both locally and globally. You can expect challenging and engaging real-world projects where you gain an understanding of each stage of the marketing funnel. You’ll have the opportunity to learnfield marketing offers and tactics , develop a knowledge of the Red Hat portfolio and gain broad experience in various aspects of marketing, focusing on Commercial Segment.

Job Responsibilities:
Support the execution of ASEAN marketing campaigns on ground on a range of field marketing tactics, including flagship events and virtual conferences.
Operational support and KPI tracking by country / industry by collaborating with the performance analytics team to track program and investment ROI
Operationalize and track content syndication program for ASEAN, understand paid media requirements and orchestration with digital team
Prepare ASEAN cross portfolio newsletter orchestration and reporting
Assist in Paid Media Programs, support the execution of paid media campaigns, display advertising, social media ads and campaigns run with publishers
Assist in monitoring and reporting on campaign performance.
Network with other talented interns in workplace where you can be yourself and thrive
Required Skills:
Full time students working towards Bachelor's/ Master's degree program
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines and analyze data to foster data-driven decisions
Passion and willingness to support crafting and implementation of marketing campaigns
Passion, curiosity, and desire to create new things and examine how things work internally
Willingness to learn and proactively work as a part of a wider team.
Able to commit full time internship for 6months starting January 2027
