EMEA AI Architect
Job Summary
The Red Hat Consulting Services team is looking for a lead AI Architect to help grow the emerging AI tech business in EMEA. In this role, you will help our customers to realise the value of AI and drive adoption of Red Hat AI technology through Red Hat’s AI professional services. You will be working in a small team within the EMEA Solution and Technology Practice (STP) which designs and delivers cutting-edge technology projects for Red Hat’s customers, while supporting our larger regional consulting teams. This role is dual focused on delivery of professional services and on supporting our Go-To-Market motions. You will be interacting with our main customer base in the UK and Ireland (UKI) region on the value of AI and Red Hat’s AI Services.
This role is based in the UK with regular travel to key client locations in and across London and Dublin.
What you will do
Support sales, scoping, and business development for our AI solutions in the UKI region. This involves being able to deliver in-depth technical workshops with customers to elicit use cases, elaborate solution architectures, build work backlogs, and assist the sales teams with the technical contents of consulting statements of work.
Build interpersonal relationships with other Red Hat teams and serve as a trusted advisor to our major UKI customers.
Develop new consulting solutions that address common customer AI use cases. These are reusable packages of technology consulting that can be used to quickly meet customer needs. Act as lead architect on cutting-edge AI consulting projects for our UKI customers. As a lead architect you will have authority over the design, implementation, and commissioning of complex and novel AI systems.

What you will bring
5+ Years of experience in a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect or related role with a proven background in customer engagement, ideally within a consulting services organisation or a services division of a software vendor.
A strong understanding of the value of AI for our customers and the ability to position Red Hat’s AI Services portfolio as a catalyst for corporate strategy.
Demonstrable experience and the ability to talk about: predictive and generative AI models, model training, fine-tuning and alignment, MLOps, model evaluation, model serving and MaaS, drift, bias, and explainability, model guardrails, tool usage, agentic harnesses, model metrics and observability.
Excellent knowledge of Kubernetes/Openshift and the Kubernetes ecosystem within large-scale production environments.
Exceptional communication and "soft skills" with a can-do attitude; the ability to simplify complex concepts and navigate sensitive political environments within global organizations.
Demonstrated expertise in sales or supporting the sales of professional services, including developing statements of work, pricing and large-scale proposals.
A good understanding of the Open Source community. A genuine passion for open source technologies and collaborative development models is a plus.
Professional fluency in English is mandatory.
Willingness and ability to travel within the UKI region. #LI-ZA1
