Job Summary：

Red Hatソリューションアーキテクトチームは、公共（Pub）の顧客に対し、ITの幅広い知識とオープンソーステクノロジーを活かし、顧客の未来のアーキテクチャ像を共に描きながら変革をリードする、経験豊富なプリセールスエンジニア（Senior Solution Architect）を募集しています。

本ポジションは単なる製品提案にとどまりません。顧客に対し、経営層（CxO）やIT部門責任者の「Trusted Advisor（信頼できる助言者）」として、顧客の本質的な課題に立脚し、オープンソースの「技術」だけでなく「プロセス」や「組織文化」の変革までを含めた包括的な支援を行うことがミッションです。変化のスピードが増す日本企業のIT運営において、従来のやり方にとらわれず、新たな仕組みや考え方を積極的に取り入れていく姿勢を重視します。

既存のミッションクリティカルなシステムの安定稼働とコスト最適化（守りのIT）を実現しつつ、コンテナ技術やエンタープライズAI活用によるデジタルトランスフォーメーション（攻めのIT）を加速させる。この両輪のバランスを取りながら、日本の金融機関のIT運営の改善をご支援する、非常に社会的意義の大きなポジションです。

Primary Responsibilities：

戦略立案と提案

• ビジネス価値とストーリーテリング: 公共のお客様ビジネスニーズを起点に、事例をエビデンスとした説得力あるストーリーを構築。Red Hatソリューションによる解決策を経営層へ提言し、変革に向けたビジョンを描く。

• アカウントの深い理解とIT戦略の策定: 顧客の中長期的なビジネス・IT施策や状況を理解し、公共業界特有のトレンド、規制、課題を踏まえ、IT戦略およびロードマップを策定・提案する。

• アカウントプランのリード: 担当営業とともにアカウントチームのリーダーとして、ビジネス課題と技術ソリューションを紐付けた包括的なアカウントプランを立案する。

• IT運営のモダナイゼーション: 「攻めのIT（DX、AI、クラウドネイティブ）」と「守りのIT（既存資産の効率化、自動化）」を両立させるアーキテクチャやプロセスを設計・提案する。特に公共機関で重要となる、AI活用のためのガバナンスやセキュリティを考慮した次世代基盤の構想を支援する。

技術的リーダーシップと実行

• 課題発掘: 顧客へのディスカバリーセッションやワークショップを主催し、潜在的な課題を発掘・具体化する。

• ソリューション提案: 製品ありきではなく顧客の課題解決を起点に、Red Hatのポートフォリオ（RHEL, OpenShift, Ansible, ミドルウェア, AI等）を活用した最適なソリューション構成を定義し、PoCやデモを通じて技術的な実現性を証明する。

• エグゼクティブエンゲージメント: 顧客のCxOやIT部門長との対話を通じて強固な信頼関係を構築し、技術的な観点からビジネス変革の意思決定を支援する。

• ステークホルダー連携: 社内外（製品開発、グローバルチーム、パートナー）の専門家と連携し、総力を挙げて複雑な技術課題を解決に導く。

• ナレッジ共有と成長: 成功事例や技術的な知見を体系化し、国内およびグローバルチームへ共有することで、組織全体の技術力向上に貢献する。

Required Skills：

• プリセールス/アーキテクト経験: ベンダー企業、SIer、コンサルティングファーム、または事業会社における、エンタープライズ顧客向けのシステム提案、コンサルティング、設計、構築の実務経験（目安：5年以上）

• 優れたコミュニケーション: 顧客のCxOや部門長クラスとの関係構築能力。ヒアリング/ディスカバリー、コンサルティングセールス、プレゼンテーション能力。複雑な技術概念をビジネス価値に変換して伝える能力。

• 広範なエンタープライズ技術スタック/アーキテクチャの知識: 仮想化、クラウド、コンテナ、ストレージ、RDBMS、ミドルウェア、ERP、データ連携/API、高可用性構成、AI等

• オープンなカルチャーへの共感と貢献: 社内の階層にとらわれずオープンに意見を交換し、個人の知見を惜しみなくチームやコミュニティに共有して、互いに高め合う姿勢（Open Organization）

Nice to Have：

• 公共業界の知見: 勘定系・情報系システムに関する知識、または同業界への提案経験。

• モダンテクノロジーの実践: Kubernetes、Red Hat OpenShift、Ansible Automation Platform、Enterprise AI/ML基盤の設計・構築・提案経験。Linuxシステムの管理や運用経験、あるいはJavaやモダンな開発言語を用いたアプリケーション開発の経験。

• ファシリテーション: デザインシンキング等の手法を用いたワークショップやディスカバリーセッションの開催経験。

• IT運営の方法論: アジャイル開発やDevOps、Platform Engineeringのような最新の方法論の理解

• 営業方法論: SPIN、MEDDPICC、Customer Successなどの経験。

• 英語力: グローバルチームと連携可能なビジネスレベルの英語力。
