Senior Social Media Executive

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client objectives and brand goals.
• Manage day-to-day operations across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter/X, including content creation, publishing, and community engagement.
• Create platform-specific content optimised for reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Stay on top of social trends, tools, and platform updates; apply insights to improve performance.
• Track KPIs and performance metrics; turn data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Work closely with clients, designers, and internal teams to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery.

Requirements:

• 2 year of social media experience; agency experience strongly preferred.
• Strong grasp of platform algorithms, audience behaviour, and content best practices.
• Working knowledge of social media management/analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Google Analytics, etc. ).
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
• Analytical mindset comfortable working with data to guide decisions.
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills; able to juggle multiple client accounts.
• Comfortable with flexible/extended hours during shoots, campaigns, or live events.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Should be based in or able to commute daily to South Delhi.
