Our Scaled Revenue Strategy & Operations (RSO) team is seeking a highly analytical and strategic individual to drive impact across our North America Mid-Market (MM) sales team. This role has a deep focus on scaling Mid Market in North America, but also has the opportunity to drive global projects at scale. You will be pivotal in driving sales rigor, providing business insights, and propelling the sales strategy and operational effectiveness across MM Sales team. This role will partner closely with Sales Leadership and cross functional Partners to lead diverse, high-impact projects focused on go-to-market (GTM) motions and operational excellence for a rapidly growing part of the business.
Location: This role is based out of our New York Office.
Responsibilities: This role requires a leader who can operate seamlessly between deep analytics and driving operational and/or strategic improvements for our Sales Team. In addition, this role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills required to liaise with senior leaders in the organization. This role will liaise with Directors regularly to drive impact through scalable actions.
- Strategic Planning & Go-to-Market (GTM) Leadership
- Annual Planning: Lead and/or support the annual and quarterly sales planning processes, including developing business plans, operating models, customer segmentation, and resource allocation.
- GTM Strategy: Develop and recommend GTM strategies for the Mid-Market segment, including key segments, in close collaboration with senior Sales and cross-functional partners.
- Project Management: Lead complex, cross-functional project management efforts to ensure seamless implementation of new sales initiatives and operating rhythms across teams.
- Business Performance & Analytics
- Reporting: Develop and partner with central analytics on executive-level reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to track pipeline health, pitch velocity, and seller productivity.
- Actionable Insights: Deep dive into business performance to proactively diagnose key issues, identify levers for growth, and translate complex insights into clear, measurable action plans for Sales leadership.
- Operational Excellence
- Sales Processes: Drive improvements in sales processes through analytics and understanding of the business (i.e. pipeline management, forecasting) and collaborate across teams to execute.
- Process Optimization: Optimize sales and RSO processes, streamline workflows, and work with central teams to build automation and drive scalability.
- Scalability: Partner with central teams to implement and scale best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Professional Tenure: 8-12 years of professional experience in a strategic or operational function, such as Revenue/Sales Operations, Business Operations, Management Consulting, or Investment Banking.
- Industry Preference: Experience in the online advertising and tech industry is highly preferred.
- Domain Expertise: Strong analytical background with ability to handle complex excel models and experience using SQL.
- Language: Fluent in English written and oral communication.

Pay Transparency:
This job posting may span more than one career level.
In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.
The base salary range for this position is:
$180,200—$252,300 USD
