岗位职责
- 主导 KYC/KYB、AML、制裁名单筛查、交易监控等合规系统的整体架构设计与核心模块开发
- 主导链上合规(KYT)系统建设,对接 Chainalysis、TRM、Elliptic 等链上监控服务,实现地址风险评估、交易实时筛查与风险告警
- 将合规规则(风险评级、准入策略、监控规则)工程化、配置化,设计可扩展、可灵活迭代的规则体系
- 对接合规、产品、风控、业务团队,梳理监管要求并转化为可落地的系统方案,推动项目按期交付
- 负责 KYC 供应商(身份验证、活体检测、名单筛查)的评估、集成与对接
- 保障合规系统的高可用、高性能、数据安全及审计可追溯
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历,计算机相关专业
- 5 年以上 Java 后端开发经验,熟悉 Spring Boot / Spring Cloud、MySQL、Redis、消息队列(Kafka/RocketMQ 等)
- 具备扎实的系统设计能力,能独立完成复杂业务系统的架构设计、技术选型与方案评审,有高并发、分布式系统实践经验
- 有完整 KYC/AML 合规系统设计或落地经验,熟悉开户流程、身份验证、风险评分、名单筛查、案件管理等模块
- 熟悉链上合规与 KYT,了解链上地址风险标签、资金溯源、交易监控的原理与业务流程
- 熟悉规则引擎及风控/合规系统的设计思路
- 了解 FATF 建议、Travel Rule 及主要地区的合规要求
- 具备良好的项目推动与跨团队沟通能力,能主动协调多方资源,把控进度与风险,推动复杂项目落地
加分项
- 有支付、银行、持牌金融科技或加密行业合规系统开发经验
- 有 Travel Rule 方案(如 Notabene、Sumsub、TRP 等)对接经验
- 了解主流公链(Ethereum、Tron、BSC 等)交易结构
- 有大数据/实时计算(Flink 等)及案件管理系统建设经验
- 具备良好的英文读写能力
