Responsibilities:

Recruitment of Local P2P Merchants

1) Identify and onboard local competitor merchants to participate in the P2P ecosystem.

2) Ensure merchants meet the following onboarding criteria:

• Listing duration: At least 8 hours/day
• Competitive performance: Daily listing volume ≥ 500 USDT
• Local payment support: Must support local payment methods
• Good trading performance ( High order completion rate; Positive user feedback/ratings; Fast release time;Timely payment compliance)

3) Compliance: No fraud, cheating, or other policy violations

Support for Local Offline Events

1) Support offline event planning and execution to increase merchant and user engagement.

2) Manage end-to-end event logistics, including:

• Venue selection and budget confirmation
• Procurement and distribution of offline materials
• On-site support during the event
• Presenting and promoting event content (business-related messaging, merchant recruitment, and education)

P2P Merchant Participation (Merchant Enrollment Capability)

1) Assist merchants in listing and participating as local P2P merchants.

2) Meet the required listing standards for participation:

• Listing criteria: In addition to the trading performance and compliance standards in Section 1, each listing must exceed 5,000 USDT
• Price subsidies: Coordinate with the platform team on price subsidy support if there are listing discrepancies to help merchants reach targets

Communication with Local Merchants

1) Build and maintain strong relationships with local merchants.

2) Understand merchant needs, operational challenges, and incentive requirements.

3) Provide weekly feedback to internal stakeholders based on merchant performance and insights (e.g., issues with pricing, payment methods, customer disputes, or operational bottlenecks).

Requirements

1) 2+ years of crypto experience

2) Strong communication skills and ability to drive business development

3) Proven ability to build relationships with merchants and manage ongoing merchant operations

4) Familiarity with P2P trading concepts, KPIs, and compliance expectations (fraud/cheating prevention, order performance, payment reliability)

5) Strong organization and execution skills for offline event support (logistics, materials, on-site coordination)
