We are looking for a CRM Specialist to set up, manage, and optimize CRM systems for our clients. You will configure lead pipelines, automate follow-up sequences, integrate CRM with WhatsApp and email, create dashboards for sales tracking, and train client teams on CRM usage.

You will work with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, and our own in-house CRM product. This role is a mix of technical configuration and client communication - you need to understand both the software and the business process behind it.

Your Role

What You'll Do

Day-to-day responsibilities you'll own once you join the team.

Set up and customize CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) for client teams

Build automated lead flows, follow-up sequences, and stage transitions

Integrate CRM with WhatsApp Business, email, and our own products

Train client sales teams via 1-on-1 sessions and screen recordings

Build dashboards for sales pipeline, conversion rates, and team activity

Maintain data hygiene - deduplication, segmentation, and field standardization

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Skills and experience that will help you succeed in this role.

1-3 years of experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)

Understanding of sales pipelines and lead management

Experience with automation workflows and email sequences

Good communication skills for client training sessions

Basic understanding of APIs and integrations is a plus
