Senior Solution Architect

Introduction:

We are looking for a highly experienced Solution Architect with 15+ years of overall IT experience to provide end-to-end technical leadership, solution architecture, and delivery guidance across the project.

Candidate should be capable of independently owning the technical landscape, making architecture and technology decisions, providing hands-on technical guidance, and leading the development team effectively.

The candidate should have strong expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, microservices, API integrations, modern architecture patterns, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and Agentic AI/Agentic Architecture.

The role requires a hands-on architect who can work closely with engineering teams, contribute to technical implementation when required, and translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Provide end-to-end solution architecture and technical leadership for the project.

- Take ownership of the overall technical solution, architecture decisions, technology choices, and technical roadmap.

- Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, maintainable, and enterprise-grade technical solutions.

- Provide day-to-day technical direction, guidance, and mentorship to developers and engineers.

- Review and validate technical designs, architecture documents, integration approaches, and implementation strategies.

- Drive architecture discussions and provide recommendations on technology choices, design patterns, integration approaches, and technical trade-offs.

- Design and evaluate solutions leveraging AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI to improve business processes, automation, productivity, and application capabilities.

- Design and evaluate AI agents, agent orchestration, tool integration, LLM-based applications, AI workflows, and enterprise AI patterns.

- Evaluate opportunities to integrate AI capabilities with enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, and cloud services.

- Work closely with development teams during implementation and provide hands-on technical support and guidance when required.

- Review code and implementation approaches to ensure alignment with the agreed architecture and technical standards.

- Identify and proactively manage technical risks, dependencies, architectural gaps, and performance concerns.

- Collaborate with client stakeholders, product teams, engineering teams, and other technology groups.

- Ensure architecture principles, technical standards, security requirements, and design decisions are consistently followed.

- Support technical design reviews, troubleshooting, production issues, and technical problem resolution.

- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the solution and ensure technical continuity across the project.

- Mentor technical team members and help strengthen the team's architecture and engineering capabilities.

Primary Skills:

- 15+ years of overall IT experience, with significant experience in Solution Architecture / Technical Architecture roles.

- Strong experience in enterprise solution architecture and system design.

- Extensive experience with microservices, distributed systems, and modern application architectures.

- Strong knowledge of API design, REST APIs, integration patterns, and enterprise integrations.

- Strong experience designing and implementing solutions on AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.

- Strong understanding of modern architecture patterns, principles, and best practices.

- Strong hands-on experience with AI, Generative AI, LLM-based applications, and Agentic AI.

- Experience designing or implementing AI agents, agent orchestration, AI workflows, tool integration, and enterprise AI solutions.

- Understanding of integrating AI/ML capabilities with enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, and cloud services.

- Experience with databases, data integration, messaging, and enterprise application architecture.

- Strong understanding of security, scalability, availability, performance, resiliency, and observability.

- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and modern software engineering methodologies.

- Ability to assess existing architectures and recommend practical improvements.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Soft Skills :

- The candidate should possess excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills and be comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders.
