Deine Aufgaben als Recruiter:

  • Steuerung und Durchführung des gesamten Recruitingprozesses (Identifikation von Vakanzen, Schalten von Stellenanzeigen, Führen von Interviews usw.)
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Recruitingprozesse sowie Identifikation neuer Recruitingkanäle (Youtube, Instagram, Whatsapp, Facebook usw.)
  • Durchführung von Wettbewerbs- und Marktanalysen
  • Onboarding: Begleitung der zukünftigen Kollegen durch den ganzen Bewerbungsprozess bis zum ersten Arbeitstag
  • Erstellung von Berichten (Zahlen, Daten, Fakten usw.)
  • Personalmarketing

Das bringst du mit:

  • Berufserfahrung im Recruiting - Branchenerfahrungen im Service Center sind wünschenswert
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und gute Türkischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft
  • Du bist ein Netzwerker voller Energie und Leidenschaft.
  • Du bist zuverlässig, belastbar und hast das Talent, dich selbst zu organisieren.
  • Du bist selbst stark daran interessiert, dich in vielen Themen (Technik, Tools und Methoden) weiterzuentwickeln.
