ACTIVITIES:-
- Coordinate technical aspects of construction works, including drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
- Coordinate with surveyors, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Monitor project programmes, costs, labour, materials, plant, and site progress.
- Ensure works comply with approved drawings, quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, approvals, and quality control activities.
- Assist with planning and coordination of labour, materials, plant, and subcontractors.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Support the Site/Construction Manager in programme planning, costing, and overall project delivery.
- BEng or Diploma in Building/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 2–4 years of relevant site experience, including at least 2 years as a Trainee Engineer.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, civil, wet and finishing trades.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of surveying, quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Ability to coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site teams.
- Good understanding of construction costs, labour, materials, and plant.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Flexible to work outside normal working hours when required.
