Business Development Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive new business growth for our software and technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, business development, SaaS, software, technology, or enterprise solutions and be comfortable identifying prospects, generating opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and closing business.

Experience selling to the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC), real estate, infrastructure, or related industries will be an advantage.

Tasks

What You’ll Do

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Research prospective companies and identify relevant decision-makers.
• Connect with prospects and understand their business requirements.
• Present and demonstrate software / technology solutions to potential customers.
• Develop relationships with prospects and key stakeholders.
• Manage opportunities through the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals.
• Maintain and manage an accurate sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation / customer success.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 3-7 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Enterprise Sales, SaaS Sales, or Software Sales.
• Proven experience in new business development and lead generation.
• Experience selling software, SaaS, technology products, platforms, or business solutions is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• Ability to identify and engage with decision-makers.
• Experience working with CRM and sales tools.
• Strong ownership of sales targets and pipeline management.
