Обязанности:
  • Обеспечение своевременной обработки поступающей и отправляемой корреспонденции, работа с почтой;

  • Организация работы по регистрации, учету, хранению и формированию дел,их сдаче на хранение в архив;

  • Работа с документацией в 1с;

  • Ведение делопроизводства (сканирование, копирование, сшивка документов);

  • Выполнение поручений непосредственного руководителя.

Требования:
  • Образование не ниже среднего профессионального;
  • Обязателен опыт работы не менее 1 года;
  • Знание MS Office Word, Excel,1C Предприятие;
  • Знание основ делопроизводства;
