Job Responsibilities
1.Monitor managed WiFi NOC infrastructure including wireless controllers, access points (APs) etc. using NMS/EMS tools on 24x7 shifts. 2.Detect, triage and resolve WiFi connectivity, coverage, roaming and authentication issues within defined SLAs. 3.Handle escalations from L1 and perform root-cause analysis on recurring wireless faults. 4.Execute configuration changes and firmware upgrades on WLAN controllers/APs. 5.Coordinate with OEM/vendor TAC and field engineers for on-site remediation. 6.Maintain accurate incident, change and knowledge-base records. 7.Generate performance and availability reports for managed WiFi customers.
Education Requirement
B.E./B.Tech in ECE/CSE/IT or equivalent; or Diploma/Graduate in relevant field. Preferred certifications: CCNA / Aruba ACMA / relevant WiFi/networking certification; ITIL Foundation an advantage.

5 to 8 Years
Skills & Competencies
1. Strong knowledge of enterprise WiFi standards, WLAN controllers and access points. 2. Understanding of RF fundamentals including channels, coverage, interference etc. 3. Working knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs etc. and WiFi authentication (WPA2/WPA3, 802.1X) etc. 4. Hands-on with NMS/EMS and monitoring tools eg. SolarWinds, PRTG etc. 5. Understanding of ITIL-based incident, change and problem management processes. 6. Experience working with Ticketing tools (ServiceNow/Remedy). 7. Good analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills. 8. Ability to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.
