Senior Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you'll get to drive new product initiatives alongside the product team, and you will get to play a key role in building the product unit for pricing. Your work would have the opportunity to collaborate with UX designers, UX Researchers, business, operation teams and software engineers. The candidate must have 3-5 years of product management experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering results in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have worked on delivering pricing-related features in a consumer-facing business. A passion for solving problems, both in breadth and depth, will be a good suit.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor key performance metrics to ensure product success, and take a data-driven approach to create and iterate on products.
• Understand the business and its nuances, with clarity on how the features they are building affect the business.
• Collaborate with a strong cross-functional team comprising engineers, designers, and business and data analysts to drive products for fast-paced growth.

Requirements:

• 5+ years product analyst experience in building pricing-related features and tracking consumer metrics
• Possess strong customer empathy and strive for customer evangelism.
• Keen eye for identifying opportunities for business scale and customer experience improvements.
• Should be entrepreneurial and possess strong ownership.
• An MBA degree from a premier institute and prior startup experience are preferred but not necessary.
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
• Develop innovative solutions to hard problems by collaborating as needed across regions, areas, and functions.
• Interact with customers and partners to understand their key requirements and help define a credible product roadmap along with senior stakeholders.
• Prior experience in retail/pricing products would help.
