Salary: R30,000 to R40,000 per month

Remote Recruitment is looking for a Learning & Development Facilitator to deliver practical online training for business teams.

You will guide engaging virtual sessions, adapt supplied materials and help assess whether participants can apply what they learn.

What you will do

• Facilitate online workshops and learning sessions.
• Adapt supplied training materials to the agreed audience and objectives.
• Guide discussions, exercises and practical learning activities.
• Assess learning and record participant feedback.
• Maintain training materials and communicate improvement suggestions.

What we are looking for

• Workplace training experience.
• Confident virtual presentation and facilitation skills.
• The ability to explain information clearly and engage different learners.
• Reliable internet and a suitable remote workspace in South Africa.
• The ability to work independently, communicate progress and meet agreed deadlines.

Nice to have

• Relevant facilitation qualifications.
• Experience using a learning management system.

What is on offer

• Monthly remuneration of R30,000 to R40,000, depending on relevant skills and experience.
