Recruiter - Digital Infrastructure & AI (Remote)
Salary: R25 000 - R30 000 per month
Our client, an established international recruitment consultancy specialising in digital infrastructure, data centres, and artificial intelligence, is building a dedicated remote sourcing team in South Africa. We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to identify and engage top-tier international talent for senior contract and permanent technical roles across global markets.
What you will do
- Conduct proactive outbound sourcing and talent mapping using modern recruitment software and AI tools.
- Build and nurture candidate pipelines for high-value technical and engineering positions globally.
- Thoroughly screen candidates to assess technical fit, project background, and communication skills.
- Prepare high-quality candidate shortlists for international delivery teams.
- Deliver consistent candidate care and regular communication throughout the entire hiring lifecycle.
What we are looking for
- 2 to 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within an agency environment or international market.
- Proven track record of proactive outbound sourcing rather than reliance on inbound applications.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for engaging senior international candidates.
- A partnership-driven mindset focused on quality, accuracy, and strong candidate management.
- High level of self-motivation and accountability to operate effectively in a remote role.
Nice to have
- Sourcing experience within digital infrastructure, data centres, or technical engineering sectors.
- Exposure to modern AI sourcing software and automation tools.
- Prior experience working for UK or overseas recruitment businesses.
