Through thoughtful content design and scalable self-service learning solutions, the role supports customer adoption and success while enabling training teams to focus on high-value customer interactions.

Please note this is an initial 6 month fixed term contract.

What you’ll be getting up to:

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of customer training content, including creation, publication, review, maintenance, and retirement.
  • Ensure training materials remain aligned with product developments, customer needs, organisational messaging, and strategic priorities
  • Create and maintain high-quality, customer-ready learning resources that can be effectively used by Training and Customer Success teams.
  • Use AI-enabled and digital tools where appropriate to support the production, maintenance, and personalisation of learning content.
  • Ensure learning materials are accessible, scalable, and adaptable to a range of learner needs and use cases.
  • Translate product updates, feature enhancements, customer insights, and go-to-market priorities into engaging customer learning experiences.
  • Maintain a prioritised content roadmap aligned with release schedules, customer adoption goals, and learner demand.
  • Support proactive planning and stakeholder engagement to anticipate learning needs and reduce last-minute content requests.
  • Create learning experiences that support customer adoption and confidence while complementing trainer-led learning opportunities.
  • Enable training teams to focus on high-value customer interactions, complex implementations, and strategic adoption initiatives through scalable learning solutions.

Experience we’d love to see includes:

  • Experience creating, developing, and maintaining customer-facing learning content or educational resources.
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or digital learning platforms.
  • Confidence using AI-enabled tools, digital technologies, or automation solutions to improve content creation and learning experiences.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles, learning design, enablement, training delivery, or related disciplines.
  • A commitment to creating accessible, inclusive, and engaging learning experiences.
  • Experience working within education, technology, software, or customer enablement environments.
  • Experience using data, analytics, customer feedback, or learning metrics to evaluate and improve learning effectiveness.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt content for different audiences.
  • Experience building positive working relationships with stakeholders across teams.
  • Knowledge of Renaissance products and solutions would be highly beneficial

  • A day off for your birthday to celebrate in style!
  • Workplace Nursery scheme
  • 5 volunteering days a year to use for the causes of your choice
  • Access to a benefits and discount platform with access to 1000’s of discounts at retailers, leisure attractions and restaurants
