Customer Training Manager - France

Job Description:

• Establish and scale the customer training program for voize's expansion into France
• Adapt the proven German-market training methodology for French healthcare facilities
• Lead in-person training sessions for groups of 10-15 healthcare providers in French-speaking regions
• Refine training materials and playbooks for the French market and individual customers
• Travel to customer sites, estimated 2-3 weeks per month, to deliver on-site training and support go-live activities across France
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and the German training team
• Measure and report on training effectiveness using adoption metrics and feedback
• Ensure compliance with French healthcare regulations and documentation requirements, including GDPR and relevant standards

Requirements:

• 3+ years in training, onboarding, or customer enablement in B2B, ideally healthcare or another technical environment
• Experience building a training program from scratch
• Proven track record designing and delivering in-person training to non-technical and mixed-ability audiences
• Business-fluent French at C2 or bilingual level, including regional and cultural nuance
• Working English for the international team; English at B2 (advanced) level or higher
• Ability to use adoption metrics and feedback to improve training
• Ability to work around legacy EHRs and limited IT infrastructure
• Legal right to work in France
• Willingness to travel, potentially up to 80% in a week, within France and elsewhere in Europe
