Job Responsibilities:

PositionObjective:

Supports engineering activities through the development and implementation of digital solutions, automation tools, data analytics, and AI-assisted applications. Responsibilities include improving engineering efficiency, automating repetitive tasks, supporting system architecture, testing, calibration, manufacturing launch, and issue resolution through innovative digital technologies.

Knowledge:

• Programmingand scripting (Python, VBA, SQL, C#, orsimilar)
• Data analyticsand visualizationtools(Power BI, orsimilar tool)
• AI and Generative AI applications
• Engineeringautomationand workflowoptimization
• Software developmentfundamentals
• Systemtestingand validationprocesses
• Engineeringtools, Problem-solvingmethodologiesand rootcause analysis

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an engineering role.
• Development of automation tools, scripts, or digital solutions.
• Experience analyzing engineering, test, manufacturing, or vehicle data.
• Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and productivity enhancement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting testing, calibration, validation, manufacturing, or product development activities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted engineering tools is considered an asset.

MainRequirements:

• AdvancedEnglish
• German desirable

Scholarship:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably in one or more of the following areas: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, System Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or a related field.
