JOB SUMMARY: Renova One is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to support our growing Interior & Exterior Renovation (IR/ER) division in the Des Moines, Iowa market. This position will initially lead a major renovation project expected to span approximately 6-8 months. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, including planning, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, budget management, quality control, and client communication.

Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Manage interior and exterior renovation projects of varying size and complexity from start to finish
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work
- Prepare and review accurate project estimates using Xactimate and other estimation tools
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and proactive communication throughout each project
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress reviews to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify and resolve project issues, scope changes, and potential risks proactively
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and records within company systems (LGTK, Smartsheet, Xactimate)
- Collaborate with leadership to support the continued development and scaling of the IR/ER service line
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5-10 years of project management experience in construction or renovation (interior and/or exterior)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across varying scopes and budgets
- Experience managing large-scale renovation, restoration, or commercial construction projects
- Familiarity with both interior and exterior renovation scopes strongly preferred
- Proven ability to independently oversee project schedules, budgets, field operations, and client relationships
- Strong estimating skills; Xactimate experience is a significant plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with project management and field operations software (LGTK, Smartsheet, or similar)
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Salary Description
$75K - $90K + Bonus
