About the Role:
- The Manager - E-Commerce Marketing Procurement is responsible for day-to-day
operations activities of an e-commerce business, including the development, management,
and optimization of the online store
- The person will report to the General Manager - E-Commerce Business. The incumbent will
have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the
internal team and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Driving sales performance, analyzing past performance, and setting realistic targets
- Ensuring the online experience is user-friendly and on-brand, and managing customer
- retention and loyalty programs
- Spearheading digital marketing efforts, and analyzing competitors to identify opportunities
- and threats
- Making decisions about products, pricing, and promotions
- Writing management reports on sales performance, and presenting insights to
- stakeholders
- Using historical data to forecast future trends
- Conducting experiments to test different website elements, marketing campaigns, or
- pricing strategies

Other Requirement:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, AMS, and Performance Marketing.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Acrobat for document editing and management is preferred.
- Understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics,
marketing dashboards, or campaign tracking tools) is desirable.
