Responsibilities:
- Manage tender submission by reviewing the requirements and coordinating with internal stakeholders to develop bidding solutions.
- Ensure tender compliance and accuracy, playing a key role in minimizing risks and maximizing bid success rates.
- Oversee the full tendering cycle to ensure proper formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance.
- Maintain tender records, schedules and documents and track the progress of tender process
- Address customer inquiries and requests from various channels.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in tender management, quotations preparation, customer care, or business development would be advantageous
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Independent, outgoing, and energetic personality.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Self-motivated with a positive work attitude.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Candidates with less experience will also be considered for the Executive level role.
