Coordinator, Health Management

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support to internal sales teams including all administrative work and coordination of documentations and insurance policies issuance
• To compile business and management reports
• To collect market information and keep abreast of the insurance industry’s development
• To assist management in developing new product and market, and any other business functions
• Communicate with customers to facilitate a smooth enrolment process, and follow up with outstanding documents and answer enquiries when necessary

Requirements

• HKDSE or above
• At least 1-year experience in general administration in banking or financial institution
• Good communication skills in spoken and written English
• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Responsible, well organized and attention to details
• Proactive, mature, positive and decisive
• Good team player with strong commitment in delivering quality customer service
• Highly customer focussed
