Product Manager - AI & Data Products

Reo. Dev is looking for an ambitious and hands-on Product Manager to join its early-stage team and help shape the future of AI-driven developer intelligence platforms. In this role, you will work directly with the founders, take ownership of key product modules, and lead the development of new Data & AI capabilities across the platform. This is an opportunity to build products from the ground up in a fast-moving B2B SaaS startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end product development from discovery to launch.
• Build and launch new AI and data-driven product features.
• Improve and scale existing product workflows and experiences.
• Talk directly with users to deeply understand workflows and pain points.
• Translate customer insights into clear product decisions and execution plans.
• Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to ship quickly and iterate fast.
• Prioritise ruthlessly and focus on high-impact initiatives.
• Write product specs, manage sprints, and maintain delivery documentation.
• Think beyond features to drive long-term growth, retention, and product value.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of Product Management experience in early-stage tech startups.
• Strong exposure to B2B SaaS products.
• Experience working on self-serve product journeys is preferred.
• Understanding of complex technical systems and scalable architectures.
• Strong knowledge of Data & AI products and intelligent systems.
• Ability to work in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership.
