Growth Product Manager - Italy (AI x Greentech) (m/f/d)

Please note that for this role, C2 Italian proficiency is required. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin.
What You Will Do
Own the Italian Market: Be the PM for IT. Find what is missing and optimize
Talk to Installers Constantly: Calls, site visits, demos, support tickets. You will know your installers the best
Push metrics: Improve activation, adoption and retention for IT installers.
Build for Local Rules: Ship features that fit IT reality, from compliance requirements to the things installers there do differently.
Make It Reusable: Turn IT solutions into platform features every market can use.
Set the UX/UI Bar: Review flows before they ship and push back on work that is technically correct but bad to use.
Challenge and Collaborate: Work closely with Core Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Hands-On Experience: 2+ years in product management, ideally in a startup or product-driven environment.
Outcome driven: You have improved a metric before and can walk us through how you did it.
Strong Research Skills: You combine qualitative and quantitative research to make informed product decisions.
Strong Product Taste: You spot weak flows and can say exactly define why it is weak.
Willingness to Travel: Roughly once per quarter to Italy to meet our customers on site.
Language: Excellent English and Italian (Bonus:German).
