Senior Business Analyst (B2B)

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze and document business requirements; create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items

• Collaborate with frontend developers and UX/UI designers on implementation, providing clear and detailed requirements

• Manage stakeholders across multiple markets and regulatory environments

• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and ensure stories meet Definition of Ready / Done

• Ensure requirements meet regulatory and data protection standards (e.g. GDPR) and maintain traceability to implementation

• Salary range for Employment Contract: 14 000 - 19 000 PLN gross/month.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in business analysis, project management, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.

• 4+ years as a Business Analyst in agile environments

• Hands-on with Jira or similar backlog tools

• Stakeholder management experience in large organizations

• Conceptual understanding of frontend technologies, APIs, and microservices

• Experience with large-scale transformation or refactoring initiatives

• Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken)

• Basic familiarity with UX methods such as journey mapping or wireframing (nice to have)

• Openness to regular visits to the Katowice office.
