About the role

We’re looking for a Principal Engineer to help us scale the future of post-purchase. You’ll work directly with our Head of Engineering and experienced product leaders to build secure, scalable systems that power instant refunds.

The Opportunity

• Own, architect, and build major components of our platform from the ground up

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering to ship high-impact features

• Lead and mentor engineers to uphold a strong technical culture

• Optimize for security, scale, and performance as we grow rapidly

• Influence decisions around new tools, technologies, and infrastructure
