Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own initiatives across oncology, gastroenterology, and psychiatry, working at the intersection of field needs, clinical expertise, technology, and business. You will lead field discovery, prototype with AI, collaborate with medical and quality teams, and measure adoption and impact after delivery. Missions

• Deliver a first initiative end to end within three months of joining, connecting every initiative to a measurable outcome.
• Lead field discovery and turn needs into clear product problems, collaborating with Medical on clinical validation and with QARA on quality and compliance.
• Use AI to accelerate discovery, prototyping and execution without lowering quality standards, creating at least one AI tool or skill reused by another person or team within your first six months.
