ResMed is a medical device company founded in Sydney in 1989 by a physician who had helped develop the first practical treatment for obstructive sleep apnoea and could not persuade anyone else to commercialise it. It makes the masks, flow generators and ventilators used to treat sleep apnoea and chronic respiratory disease, and it has built a large software business in the cloud platforms that manage those devices and the out-of-hospital care around them. Now headquartered in San Diego and listed in New York and Sydney, it shares the sleep apnoea market largely with Philips and benefited substantially from its competitor's device recall.

What You Will Do

  • Receive incoming deliveries safely, checking goods against delivery notes so stock enters the warehouse accurately.
  • Pick and pack customer orders using manual or scanner-based systems, ensuring products are prepared securely and accurately for dispatch.
  • Label and prepare goods for dispatch in line with operational procedures, helping the team meet productivity, quality and customer service standards.
  • Replenish and rotate stock using FIFO/FEFO principles to maintain accurate and well-organised picking locations.
  • Support cycle counts and stock checks, reporting discrepancies or damaged items promptly to protect inventory accuracy.
  • Respond to delivery and stock queries through email and Teams, helping colleagues access accurate information when they need it.
  • Operate manual handling equipment, scanners and warehouse systems safely and correctly, including MHE where trained and licensed.
  • Maintain clean, organised work areas and follow PPE, manual handling and health and safety requirements to create a safe working environment.
  • Report hazards, near misses and incidents promptly so potential safety issues can be addressed.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to manage workloads, resolve stock issues and support the team during busy periods.

What You Bring

  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A reliable and punctual approach, with the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • The physical capability to carry out manual handling tasks safely.
  • Basic numeracy skills and the ability to understand and follow instructions.
  • Good communication and organisational skills, including the ability to work with minimal supervision when required.
  • A willingness to learn new tasks and develop your skills.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
  • Familiarity with scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS) or stock control processes.
  • A forklift or MHE licence, such as counterbalance, reach or PPT, and flexibility to support shifts, weekends or peak periods.

What Sets You Apart

  • Accuracy Matters - You take care with the details because you understand that getting an order right makes a difference.
  • Safety First - You follow safe working practices, stay alert to potential hazards and speak up when something needs attention.
  • Team Focus - You support colleagues, communicate openly and step in when workloads increase.
  • Dependable Approach - You can be counted on to follow through, stay organised and maintain standards throughout the day.
