Join Resource Innovations, a women-led energy transformation firm, as a Data Analyst Lead in Chicago, IL. In this role, you will apply your skills in project management, business analysis, data visualization, change management, troubleshooting, and training to implement business processes and applications. You will create and maintain reports and dashboards, analyze program data, perform quality control checks, manage user acceptance and regression testing, and provide technical support on reporting tools. A bachelor's degree in an analytical discipline and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a data analyst or data scientist are required.
Missions
- Créer et maintenir des rapports et des tableaux de bord, identifier les améliorations, suivre et promouvoir l'utilisation au sein de l'équipe.
- Analyser les données du programme pour évaluer le potentiel du marché et formuler des recommandations.
- Gérer des projets et la communication avec les clients, influencer les parties prenantes et travailler en étroite collaboration avec elles pour déterminer des solutions acceptables.
Profil recherché
- A proven grasp of database and analysis tools such as PostgreSQL and Excel, including demonstrated analytical skills to solve business issues- The successful candidate should also have excellent written and oral communication skills, and is able to translate complex concepts concisely
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline, such as engineering, mathematics, statistics, finance, or computer programming is strongly preferred
- Experience with data manipulation and visualization tools, such as Tableau
- Most importantly, this individual should display a positive, team-oriented attitude to match our friendly work environment
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience working as a data analyst or data scientist is required
- Create, interpret, and maintain complex SQL queries in Redshift or Tableau
- Experience working with programming languages such as Python or NodeJS
- Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deliverables, while remaining flexible
